100% Australian caught Gummy Shark and dried in Australia. Gummy shark is used in fish and ship shops in Australia and generally sold under the name flake. This product makes use of the leftovers.

Gummy shark is classed as fully sustainable and has a quota which is strictly monitored by the Australia Fisheries. We 100% do not use unsustainable, endangered shark species for any of our shark products.

This is a single ingredient product with no preservatives, additives, colours, added sugar, or anything else!

Size

This is a natural product so sizes and weights vary based on the size and part of the animal. The following is an indication on average only as there can be a reasonable variation in this number depending on the batch and the section of cartilage.

Approximate sizes: 15cm long (both thick and thin) and thickness thick 2-3cm, standard 1-2cm
